Property Surveys are offered to customers to prioritize repairs. We conduct site reviews, such as exterior lighting surveys that include pictures with repair recommendations, as shown in the survey report.

Customer had security concerns about property not secured during off hours. Work was scheduled on a Sunday after late afternoon closing. Work included removal of chain link, installing ornamental fence with posts set in epoxy mortar cement set & ready to use in 20 minutes. The pedestrian gate is being modified to fit new layout, job was completed by 8:30pmCommercial Property/ LED Lighting Upgrade- West Chester, PA

Self Storage Property/ Drop Gate Onsite Repair- Annapolis, MD
Drop gate was damaged by tractor trailer. Retrofitted occured using pickets from old gate onto new frame, work completed in 6 hours.
