Location: Red Bank, NJ

Problem: Security Fence- overgrown with trees, vines and weeds- common with most facilities.

Before: Easement between property lines are not maintained, causing trash to collect and weeds, trees, vines to grow out of control.

After: Fence dismantled, bent posts & chain link replaced, 16 trees removed, new barbwire installed, easement cleared then treated with weed control and nets. Fence assembled with new 36" wide pedestrian gate for easy access to these areas for both maintenance crews and site manager.

BOLLARD INSTALL- Combining several locations is a WIN / WIN for bollard repairs, reduces unit cost.

STUMP GRINDING: Eliminates a potential tripping hazard & weed growth and easy yard maintenance.

ROOF REPAIR: Rain water was entering building from parapet. We sealed mortar gaps at scuppers, replaced downspout and sealed seams.

ELECTRICAL REPAIR: Replace ignitor, dry capacitor or ballast.
